StrengthsFinder

Strengthsfinder workshops make a big impact. A team becomes stronger through gaining an understanding and respect for each other’s strengths. As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, I facilitate fun and engaging workshops that help teams appreciate their individual talents and work more productively together.

Career Development

People get lost when it comes to development, finding themselves stuck in repetitive cycles and wasting time on meaningless trainings. What if we turned the whole thing upside down, and created Development Plans that matter? My Career Development workshops generate development conversations that are meaningful and inspiring to the individual. It starts with self-awareness, and through thought-provoking exercises they determine what’s next on their path.

Myers Briggs

Similar to Strengthsfinder workshops, Myers Briggs workshops are based on the principles of the Myers-Briggs Assessment, which explains our preferences for how we make decisions and get things done. I facilitate enlightening workshops that help teams understand their differences and work more effectively together.
